This UX improvement for the NNPCL app could make fuel ordering and station discovery much faster.
I explored the NNPCL mobile app as a first-time user and identified the pain points fuel ordering, station discovery, fuel cost, and checkout flow. I approached it as a case study to rethink the experience from login to fuel purchase.
The goal was simple: help users make a seamless transaction by finding stations nearby, ordering fuel faster with fewer steps and clearer navigation, and a better UI design
