Doximity is the professional network and toolkit for doctors in the US. Members are verified physicians who can refer patients, conduct telemedicine calls, keep up with the latest publications in health, and even send and receive faxes on the mobile app.

I was involved with data engineering and analytics for Doximity's Dialer telehealth product, which saw hyper growth during the pandemic. Incredible team of PMs, analysts and engineers that taught me a lot about delivering data operations in a remote setting

I created analytics data models for the Dialer Video telemedicine product, shipping new pipelines, models, and dashboards with each new product feature development

My dimensional models, data pipelines, and metrics were used in daily driver dashboards and S-1 registration

Performed product analytics for senior management leading to improvements in patient connection rate and video call ratings

Automated email funnel campaigns via Python and Airflow to boost conversions from free to paid licenses
