Challenge

The service helps players top up and withdraw funds in several poker rooms, each with its own payment channels, rates and limits. Handling such requests in free-form chat means checking every amount, exchange rate, account login, card number and receipt by hand. The owner wanted a guided flow available around the clock in Telegram and on the web, with complete, validated requests landing in one operator queue.

Solution

One bot engine serves both Telegram and a Nuxt 3 web chat with email one-time-code login. The flow converts amounts at a fixed USD/UAH rate or a per-channel percentage fee, enforces min/max limits, validates card numbers and names, and requires a receipt photo or PDF, auto-converted to PNG. Each request stays active for 30 minutes and lands in a private operator channel with a ‘Processed’ toggle. A Laravel/Voyager dashboard covers clients, statistics, Excel export and broadcasts. I owned the architecture and the release process.
