E-Library is a central database for all books, articles and monographs for Kabul University. At first it was designed for computer science faculty, but then it was scaled to all the university.
Spark
The need for such an application raised when the central library of the Kabul University requested for an application which would be able to help the students have access to recourses without the need to come to the library itself.
Process
I I began UX Research by interview and competitive audit. I found data that helped me shape the course of the application.
For example, I found that the need for adding monographs and articles is a must in this application since we want to cover all the functionalities and be a one-stop for the students.
I used Design Thinking methodology and Atomic Design Principles to create the design system and the flow of the application.
Created wireframes, prototypes and did usability testing to ensure the user needs are satisfied.
