This adds to the costs which students bear to apply. Therefore, online-agency would provide transparency and cost efficiency for students. Market readiness: While hotel booking online is usual service. Booking study tours fully(!) online is not yet available for the same people. Market volume: There are 1.6 million students from abroad annually undertake studies across the EU (in 2016, s.: ec.europa.eu).
