Project Overview

Stanbic-X is a secure crypto transaction platform designed to help users send, swap, and receive crypto tokens with minimal friction. The primary focus of this project was improving conversion rates—from landing page visits to successful onboarding and completed transactions.
The design strategy prioritized clarity, trust signals, and reduced cognitive load to ensure users could move confidently from interest to action.

Problem Statement

Despite increasing awareness of crypto, many platforms struggle with low conversion rates caused by:
Complex onboarding flows that lead to user drop-off
Lack of trust and perceived risk during sign-up
Overwhelming dashboards and feature overload
Poor clarity around next actions
Stanbic-X needed to convert hesitant visitors into active users by removing friction at every stage of the journey.
