- Fully remote teams, in various countries (US, EMEA, Latam)
- Implementing new brand transition and design system
- Creating user stories, defining features and leading the product roadmap
- Recruiting and managing 2 PMs and 2 designers and coordinating with CTO and engineers
- Establishing new processes and reports for teams
- Building user flows to fix the UX and the product
- Launching 10+ new features in less than a year, changing all aspects of the product
