 At Chow Pet Supply & Services, we recognised the challenge of designing a brand identity that would resonate with both pet owners and pet lovers alike. Our goal was to create a brand that would exude playfulness and fun to attract pet owners, while also communicating a sense of professionalism and trustworthiness that would appeal to pet lovers.

To create a unique and memorable brand experience for Chow Pet Supply & Services, our team focused on developing a playful and joyful brand identity that reflects the love and care for pets. We wanted to capture the essence of the brand's commitment to high-quality pet supplies and services that bring happiness to pets and their owners. 

We started by conducting extensive research into the pet industry and identified the key pain points and needs of pet owners. From there, we developed a brand strategy that focused on communicating the brand's core values of quality, care, and playfulness.

We created a vibrant and versatile colour palette, clean and modern typography, To add to the playfulness of the brand, we created a set of hand-drawn illustrations in a flat style featuring dogs, cats, and toys. These illustrations can be used in a variety of ways, from packaging to social media posts, to bring the brand to life and evoke a sense of joy and happiness.
