LYS is an app that helps you mentally and physically. The main goal of this app is to help you understand how to stay healthy and why you should love yourself. This app offers a complete course that is right for you. The courses include complete routines to follow and progress stats are managed by the app.

The choice of color for this app was cyan blue. It is believed to have a calming effect and helps you manage stress. This color also provides motivation and comfort hence it can give users the right amount of motivation to get going as dark-colored apps can easily intimidate a user.
