Built a monthly feature activation dashboard for a major telecom operator tracking 17M+ activation attempts across BAU and eSIM Seamless flows. Covers FCR%, failure rates, submit-to-success rates, pSIM vs eSIM split, and performance by activation type (NDEL, New Number, Port Number). Includes call volume vs call-in rate trending and a 6-month performance summary table. Designed for ops and customer support teams to monitor feature health month-over-month.
