From 4 Sales a Week to 22x Revenue

Pramila Dhyani is a self-mastery coach based in India, with a loyal audience of 245k YouTube subscribers and a course she believed in. The problem? No sales beyond organic. We fixed that over four months.

TL;DR - How we scaled revenue 22x
Offer pricing fix: Stacked value and increased the course price, which made running paid ads viable.
Landing page CRO: Optimising conversion of landing pages (one change per week + tracking impact on scroll and click rate)

Step 1 : Offer & Pricing

Stacked value and increased the course price. This made running paid ads viable.

Recorded courses have very low completion rates. We rebuilt the course offer into a (recorded + live) hybrid offer with weekly live Q&As, bonus resources. This value stacking allowed us to increase the price from a mere ₹290 to ₹1,290 (4.5x increase).
This enabled us to make paid ads viable and profitable for customer acquisition.

Step 2: Landing Page CRO

Conversion rate jumped from 1.83% to 3.53%.

While the funnel was running, we redesigned the landing page to optimise conversion. This wasn't a one-time job, we came back every week to the page to analyse the impact of interventions and improve further. In four weeks, four specific changes made the most impact:
Replaced abstract hero image with Pramila's photo
Rewrote headline from product name to outcome
Moved 'what you get' above the fold
Branded the method as the RRR framework

Step 3: Paid Ads

Repurposing top-performing content as video ads and extracted carousels.

Pramila's organic content was already working. We repurposed her top performers into 60+ ad creatives across video, static and carousel (about 5-6 ads per week). No new production. Just smart repurposing.
Result: Scaled daily Meta ad budget to 4x while maintaining 1.8–2x ROAS. The trick - more volume of ads and tracking winning ads weekly.

The result: 22x revenue increase in four months.

4–5 sales per week became 30+. 550+ total sales.

Pramila's audience was always there. The system just needed to be built around what she'd already created.
