Phase 2: Decision Point & Manual Review

Objective: Determine final status for subscribers who haven't reengaged
Activities:
Conduct manual review of edge cases
Make final decisions on list pruning
Deliverables: Pruning recommendations
Timeline: 1 week

Phase 3: Prune & Automation Implementation

Objective: Set up ongoing automated maintenance system
Activities:
Prune subscribers who did not re-engage
Create 90-day cycle cold subscriber automation workflow
Implement and test automation in KIT
Document process for Rose's team
Train team on monitoring and maintenance
Deliverables: Functional automation workflow, documentation, and training
Timeline: 1 week (Concurrent with Phase 2)
