BBB London wanted its online store to sell beauty products and offer a shopping experience that felt good and easy, just like its products make its customers feel. It wanted a fantastic website that helped visitors buy what they needed without hassle.
My Role
I was responsible for creating a new website, focusing on modern design and optimal user experience. My role involved crafting an intuitive interface that makes navigation effortless and enhances user engagement. I tailored the UI/UX to ensure visitors can easily find what they're looking for and implemented CRO strategies to convert more visits into sales. These efforts were key in launching a functional and visually appealing site that meets the needs of the business.
