Nirala Store, a well-known and trusted name in their city, has been serving the community for over two decades. With the owner's son taking over, the store sought a brand refresh to better reflect their commitment to quality, health, and customer satisfaction.

Problem

Despite their longstanding reputation, Nirala Store lacked consistency in their brand identity, which didn’t fully communicate the values they stood for—trust, quality, and the health-conscious approach they’ve always prioritized. As they transitioned to new leadership, the need to solidify their brand and connect more deeply with customers became clear.

Solution

Through my branding expertise, I revamped Nirala Store's identity, focusing on visuals and messaging that emphasize their core values. I chose green as the primary color to evoke freshness, quality, and health. The brand message now highlights their dedication to quality, health, trust, and happiness, making customers feel like they are part of the Nirala Store family.
