In the Spanish-speaking world, newsletter creators and brands had no efficient way to find each other. Partnerships relied on scattered emails, spreadsheets, and manual invoicing—resulting in lost deals and wasted time. I co-founded Niusleters with Laura Folgado to fix this by creating a dedicated SaaS marketplace where discovery, communication, and payments all happen in one place. Dual onboarding flows, a data-powered discovery engine, and full deal automation turned a chaotic process into a streamlined, revenue-generating system for both sides.
