About ProjectVidiom is an intelligent video production suite designed for founders, startup teams, and social media creators. It combines a high-performance video engine with a generative AI assistant, allowing users to transform raw assets into cinematic stories through text-based commands and automated style matching.

User Challenges Traditional video editing software is notoriously difficult to master, often requiring extensive technical knowledge of keyframes, color grading, and timeline management. Creators frequently face "blank canvas syndrome" and waste hours manually syncing clips to audio or applying repetitive styles across multiple social media formats.

Our StrategyWe focused on a Hybrid Workspace architecture that balances AI automation with manual precision. By placing an AI chat interface directly alongside the video timeline, we created a collaborative environment where the user provides the creative direction while the AI handles the heavy lifting of clip selection, trimming, and asset generation.
