Sealtek - Naming and Brand Identity

Sealtek is a company that operates across two complementary fields: waterproofing solutions for civil construction, and automotive paint services and sales. Two distinct markets, united by the same commitment to protection, durability, and technical expertise.

The client came to Quadro Sol with a clear problem: the company needed a new name and a visual identity that could match the level of the business. The briefing called for something strong, that could communicate both areas of expertise without feeling generic, and a visual language that would sit naturally alongside the brands they carry, like MC Bauchemie and Maxton. The challenge was to build a brand that conveyed technical authority before a single word of explanation.

The turning point came when we found the real connection between the two fields: automotive paint, much like waterproofing, is also a form of protection against corrosion, rust, and the wear of time. From there, the name needed to carry two meanings at once: what the company does and how it does it. The answer was SEALTEK — seal for the act of sealing and protecting, tek for the technical expertise that sets the company apart, whether delivering a service or guiding a customer toward the right product and how to use it.

The icon was designed to be simple and memorable, with a central element that evokes the act of sealing. Visually uniting the two sides of the business into a single form. The visual identity was built to communicate technology and reliability, in line with the visual standards of the industry's leading brands. All of this converged into the slogan that anchors the brand's positioning: Technology that protects.
