MUSE is a digital booking experience designed for a private beauty studio in New Delhi.

The problem is simple: booking an appointment can involve too much back-and-forth. Clients may not know which service to choose, available times can be unclear, and changing an existing appointment often means starting the process again.

MUSE solves this with a guided booking flow that helps clients choose the right service, combine multiple services, find a suitable available time, and confirm their appointment in one place.

The experience also includes MUSE Concierge, which lets clients describe what they need in natural language and receive a suitable service recommendation.

After booking, clients can manage the same appointment conversationally. For example, they can ask MUSE to move their appointment to the next closest available Saturday without entering all their information again.

On the business side, Studio Desk keeps appointments, client notes, services, and schedule changes organized in one place.

The goal was to make booking faster for the client and reduce repetitive scheduling work for the studio.
