I was leading a crucial project aimed at enhancing internal software to optimize manufacturing processes and uphold product quality standards for all Apple products.

It was to design for supporting key factory operation.

Every design project I did started with a solid understanding of who my users are, and the desired business outcome.

My role was sole end-to-end product designer. I was granted the autonomy to shape the whole project workflow, including engagement with leadership/engineers/cross-functional teams etc, which was later reflected as a successful collaboration process in the team.

The result design not only empowered operations teams efficiency but also led to increased demand for product expansion. It's used by both internal teams and external vendor users.
