Solution: Show people how they can make a dupe of a popular national chain’s strawberry cold foam latte with a Nespresso machine sold at Macy’s.

Problem: Produce accompanying social-first campaign videos to support the Molly Yeh x Macy’s cookware collection launch.

Solution: What better way to showcase Molly’s colorful & fun bakeware than in a recipe video for an equally colorful dish perfect for warm summer mornings: Key Lime Pie Overnight Oats. Seriously this tasted so delicious — hearty and filling with a lime freshness.

Problem: Promote AAPI-owned business The Qi with a refreshing, colorful concoction.

Solution: I wanted to create a drink that on sight had cooling emotions to it: enter the Spirulina Milk x The Qi Blue Lotus Flower iced tea. The spirulina creates this wonderfully refreshing cloudy blue while providing anti-inflammatory benefits and the whole flower tea looks insane while steeping.

Problem: Enter the social holiday recipe conversation with an easy-to-make, eye-catching mocktail that anyone can enjoy.

Solution: We crafted this candy cane peppermint white russian mocktail as an extra video during a spring food shoot around the holidays in 2022. We were so happy we were able to squeeze this into the shoot and have it come out so delicious looking.

Problem: Produce a viral summer dessert recipe perfect for backyard parties.

Solution: Nothing’s worse than when you need to bake a dessert for a party but it means your apartment will get about 10 degrees hotter 🥵 — so make a no-bake cake instead! Slice into this super easy “cake” of crisp watermelon, whipped cream and fresh berries.
