The operator gives Eva a task and follows its progress. A registered worker provides screen inspection, Windows UI Automation, files, processes, scripts and ODBC database access. Results return to the shared conversation, where the operator can redirect or stop the work.
Fresh screenshots and interface state help the agent choose its next action. The server owns shared sessions and execution events, so desktop and mobile can recover the same work after a disconnect.
I built the desktop interface, backend coordination and remote-tool integration. The system uses Electron, React and TypeScript, with Hono, PostgreSQL, SQLite and a WebSocket relay.
This grew out of AMS support operations covering more than 1,500 machines across 300 customer companies. Those figures describe the support environment, not an audited count of Eva installations. The public demo uses a demonstrative scenario; source code and customer data remain private.
