Homepage Redesign for SI3 Web3 Organization

SI3 is a Web3 organization empowering women, scholars, and partners through decentralized learning and collaboration. The platform is built around three key personas: Guides, Scholars, and Partners each representing a unique role in the SI3 ecosystem.

The challenge was that the previous homepage design lacked clear navigation. Users found it difficult to understand which persona they belonged to and how to explore relevant sections. The experience felt disjointed, leading to confusion and drop-offs. The Problem

Users couldn’t easily distinguish between the different personas.

The navigation structure wasn’t intuitive, making it difficult to explore Guides, Scholars, and Partners.

The design lacked visual hierarchy, causing users to miss key CTAs.

I redesigned the homepage to create a clear, persona-driven user flow while maintaining SI3’s futuristic Web3 brand aesthetic.

Introduced three primary entry points Scholars, Guides, and Partners directly in the hero section for instant clarity.

Used visual contrast and spacing to highlight CTAs and guide user attention.

Simplified the navigation bar with structured hierarchy: Home, SIU, Mission, Programs, SIU Onboard.

Balanced modern gradients and depth effects to reflect the Web3 identity while ensuring readability and accessibility.
