01 — Overview

Holiday Retirement operates senior-living communities across the country. Their staff and regional managers rely on an internal web platform to monitor each community's health — tracking at-risk tenants, budgets, food-safety (SOS) inspections, business plans, and admin management of regions and communities.
This project delivers both the product screens — My Communities, the community overview dashboard, At-Risk Tenants, the multi-section SOS Report flow, the Business Plan, and the Management/Admin views — and the shared design library that holds them together.

02 — The Problem

Regional property managers are responsible for overseeing multiple communities simultaneously — monitoring resident wellbeing, tracking compliance, managing budgets, and completing operational tasks across their portfolio. The existing platform surfaced this information inconsistently, with no clear hierarchy or unified workflow to guide users through their responsibilities.
Without a structured way to prioritize and act on critical data, managers risked missing at-risk residents, falling behind on inspections, and losing visibility into community health. The tool needed to do more than display information — it needed to help users understand what required attention and take action efficiently.

03 — The Solutions

We designed a unified platform that gives regional managers a clear, actionable view of their portfolio — surfacing what needs attention and streamlining the workflows required to act on it.

Community Overview

A dashboard that consolidates key health indicators across all communities in a manager's region — occupancy, budget status, and outstanding tasks — so critical issues are never buried.

At-Risk Tenant Tracking

A dedicated view for monitoring residents who may need additional support, with status indicators and notes that help managers stay informed and follow up in a timely manner.

Operational Reports

A guided multi-section flow for completing food-safety (SOS) inspections and business plans — breaking complex reports into structured steps to reduce errors and ensure compliance.

Admin & Management Tools

Streamlined controls for managing communities and regions — including adding, editing, and organizing properties — so administrators can keep the platform accurate with minimal friction.

04 — Design Library

At the center of the work is a living Design Library — a single reference document that defines and demonstrates every foundation and component. It keeps the team aligned and makes new screens fast to build and easy to keep on-brand.
