HostGraph — Procurement Command Center

Overview

HostGraph is a restaurant procurement and margin-intelligence command center designed to help operators spot margin leakage, vendor price drift, purchasing issues, and recoverable savings before they materially affect the P&L.
The product direction brings margins, orders, vendors, products, credits, alerts, and reporting into one operational surface, so teams can move from review to action without hopping between disconnected views.

What I built

I built the command-center interface around a compact dark command rail and a hierarchy that puts the most urgent operating signals first. The experience includes:
KPI surfaces for gross margin, recoverable savings, and active alerts
Margin Over Time and Spend by Category visualizations
A Top Products by Margin Impact table
A priority-action and operating-brief workflow for reviewing what needs attention next

Technical scope

The implementation uses Node.js and TypeScript, supported by GitHub Actions and a hash-chain plus three-gate hybrid auditor for evidence and audit behavior.

Role

I created the product interface, operational information hierarchy, implementation review, and evidence boundary for this project.
