Helped a Solopreneur Focus

Worked with a small business client running a ghostwriting business who was all over the place. She was offering services ranging from writing to website development and taking on any project she could get.

Over several months we worked together to define her ideal target audience. We then paired down her service offerings to only focus on the services her clients really wanted.

The result was a $15k increase in revenue the quarter after these changes were implemented.
