Tip Tool is an enterprise SaaS app, designed to manage tips in a restaurant. The project was carried out as a part of Fusemachines for client OTG. Within the app, restaurant managers could assign servers to tables, bar seats, or vendors and once the tip is accumulated, they would be given to respective server/s based on tables, seats, or vendors they've served.

As a solo designer assigned for this re-design project, some of my accomplishments were

Collaborated with product owners to validate requirements

Conceptualized mid-fidelity prototypes of Tip Tool and validated them with product managers and stakeholders

Re-designed UI for Tip Tool with design best practices; reduced design times by 2x and inconsistencies by 3x

Created Component Library to maintain scalability
