This idea emerged during my journey through the mountains of Racha, when I discovered a hidden, ancient, and richly flavored wine, a brand from Racha that unites the two essential parts of my country, Georgia.The wine cellar is also called, revealing the oldest traditions of a thousand-year-old vineyard and the essence of the oldest wine-making techniques. We have a cellar filled with aged wine, following a traditional method of winemaking that was granted UNESCO's Intangible Cultural Heritage status in 2013. Here, more than 500 different varieties are nurtured.It also highlights the diverse treasures of the country, inspiring me with the beauty of one of Georgia's most beautiful corners, Racha.On one hand, its selected vineyards yield unique wines, and on the other, its lush forests offer various herbs, from which exceptional wines are crafted.It's a brand from Rachareuli that unites the two essential parts of my country: wine and heritage.
