Work entry: EchoHire - AI Recruitment Platform

My role: Founder — sole developer, end-to-end

Startups and IT teams were spending days manually screening resumes and running inconsistent interview processes, which made it hard to hire efficiently at any real scale. I built EchoHire to fix that: an AI-powered hiring platform that screens candidates against a role's actual requirements and standardises the interview process, cutting manual screening time by roughly 97%.

I designed and built the full stack solo - React and TypeScript on the frontend, Node.js and PostgreSQL on the backend, deployed on AWS. That included the multi-tenant architecture (each client company's jobs and candidates isolated from every other client), the AI screening pipeline, and the admin/subscription layer. It's live in production today, serving Indian startups and IT companies.
