My role involved enhancing the user experience and making the platform more intuitive for potential clients. I aimed to improve usability and overall user satisfaction. Collaborating closely with stakeholders, I gathered feedback to refine design iterations and implemented user-centered design principles. Additionally, I optimized user flows and navigation for both admin and player interfaces.
