When Zack reached out, he had a bold vision, to launch True Self Operation, a platform helping people reconnect with their authentic selves through introspection, creativity, and guided expansion.

Built under the Intuitive Vandal umbrella, True Self Operation would host digital courses, memberships, eBooks, and coaching programs centered around mental clarity, creativity, and spiritual growth.

Zack needed a complete digital ecosystem, a central home for his content, programs, and community. His vision included both digital and physical offerings, but he lacked the structure to deliver them seamlessly.

He wanted to:

Launch multiple product tiers (Free, Low-Ticket, Subscription, Mid, High-Ticket, and Exclusive)

Deliver guided meditations and courses via Kajabi

Present it all through a visually immersive Framer website that embodied his artistic and introspective brand voice

Manage everything through automated funnels, integrated email campaigns, and secure checkout systems

In short, Zack had the vision, but needed a partner to translate it into a cohesive, conversion-optimized digital experience.
