The client had an existing website prior with a poor ui, unusable ux and was confusing to everyone as a whole. The app tried to be a lifestyle website, e-commerce site and many others; It succeeded at none.

Solution.

We agreed on a common direction, a lifestyle app. We stripped out all the other elements and focused on building a site that featured a lot of information and content on what it was about.

We struck a balance on visual and text information balancing engagement and information relay to anyone who visited the site. As per the client's preference, we incorporated a lot of animations for extra engagement while careful not to break the site's userbility.
