Auto123 is the native iOS companion to an existing vehicle marketplace built for a Lithuanian startup. While the web platform already served buyers and sellers, the company wanted an iOS experience tailored to its most active users, who returned to the app multiple times a day while searching for their next vehicle.

As the sole product designer, I designed the app from the ground up, rethinking the experience for iOS rather than simply adapting the existing web product. The result is an interface that feels faster, more intuitive, and unmistakably native.

The challenge wasn't creating another marketplace. It was simplifying one. Vehicle listings are dense, inconsistent, and often incomplete. Every screen was designed around real marketplace data, ensuring the experience remained usable even with poor photos, missing specifications, and imperfect listings.

To support future growth, I built the interface on a semantic token system with native iOS patterns, scalable components, and one click Light and Dark mode. Alongside traditional filters, AI powered search gives users a faster way to discover vehicles without sacrificing control.
