Doing art direction for a tennis tournament over two years lets us avoid strict guidelines. Instead, we've created a playful, diverse, vivid graphic identity. Developed a custom brand typeface and experimented with layouts inspired by the outline of a tennis court.
For the first tennis tournament, we went as simple as we could with pretty straightforward symbols of the game, just making them playful and vivid.
