Leora Cafe (CMS Landing Page)

🚨 Update 🚨 I've recently finished a new website for leoracafe.com ↗️ -- 👇 the landing page project before the new site 👇 -- The client initially came to me with the need for a temporary page (saying "Coming Soon") for their new Beverly Hills cafe.



Initially they had 2 requirements:

1. Primary: Link-out to their online ordering system
2. Secondary: Link to their instagram where they post a new menu, daily.





After some back and forth I proposed to create a landing page with the requirements above but instead of a link out to an instagram, which could add 2+ extra clicks as mentioned on the sticky note above. 👇





After a quick wireframe round I presented my suggestion of a landing page to the client



The direction was greatly received 👇





The photos I originally used were place holders and a suggestion of the direction for photos of how i think it could work well with the site and the fact that there are 3 main dishes every day. But we decided to slot the images in once they are ready and launch the site without them. Here's how it ended up looking 👇

✨ I also had the idea of adding the address as a link under the menu as well as a plug to their oder business, Klein Kitchen, which adds more credibility to their cafe since they serve high profile celebrities in LA.
