Overview / Strategic Positioning

This project demonstrates how I take a brand from strategy and identity into a live digital experience using a Figma → Framer workflow. The goal was to build a bold, premium identity for HexoMarket, a next-gen online marketplace, and translate that into a conversion-ready website with CMS-driven collections for scalable content management.

Challenge

HexoMarket started as just an idea without a clear identity—no logo, no defined style, only scattered mood boards and a vision. The challenge was to turn raw ambition into a premium, recognizable brand and then extend that system into a functioning website.
My solution was to first develop a strategy-driven brand identity, anchoring HexoMarket in confidence, clarity, and ambition. Once the visuals and system were in place, I used Framer and CMS to build a responsive, scalable website that matched the brand’s modern and culturally expressive tone.

Project Goal

The goal of this project was to prove the value of strategy-first design—showing how thoughtful branding can directly guide digital execution. By creating a clear identity and applying it across web and digital assets, HexoMarket was able to stand out as both premium and purposeful.

Process

1. Branding & Strategy (Figma + Presentation)
Conducted discovery and positioning workshops to define core brand pillars (Confidence, Creativity, Minimalism, Purpose).
Developed logo concepts (leading to a geometric star mark) and typography pairings.
Created color palette and brand elements, tested across mockups.
Compiled a brand guideline and case study presentation.

2. Website Development (Framer)
Built responsive layouts directly in Framer.
Connected CMS collections for products and future content scalability.
Applied brand assets consistently (logos, patterns, typography, colors).
Added interactive UI elements and subtle animations to give a premium feel.
