A cinematic music video for independent artist Kesmo’s track "900," drawing direct visual and narrative inspiration from the film "The Legend of 1900".
The Role
Co-conceived the project with the artist and executed the entire production solo, managing cinematography, editing, and color grading.
The Vision
We adapted the iconic themes and aesthetics of the film to mirror the artist's personal feelings of isolation.
Recreating these scenes required significant logistical effort, from filming the artist safely on a canoe in the middle of a lake to hauling heavy coal onto set to build a realistic furnace room, crafting a dedicated homage to the original story.
