I was approached by Pixelworx Agency to design a high-converting landing page that not only communicated their unique value but also served as a strategic tool to attract collaboration from other agencies. The challenge was to position Pixelworx as a credible, modern, and trustworthy creative partner—without overwhelming visitors or diluting the agency’s identity.
The Problem
Pixelworx wanted to build stronger B2B relationships but lacked a landing experience that clearly spoke to agency partners. Their existing site was too generic and failed to differentiate their expertise in a crowded digital market. Conversion rates were underwhelming, and bounce rates were high due to unclear messaging and a lack of direction.

My Creative Process
1. Discovery & Positioning
I started by understanding Pixelworx's core value proposition and target personas—particularly agency owners, creative directors, and tech partners. I led a quick strategy sprint to align on positioning, messaging tone, and primary CTAs (calls to action).
2. Wireframing & Content Hierarchy
I mapped out a focused structure that led with trust-building elements:
• A clear, benefit-focused headline
• Key proof points (past clients, testimonials, stats)
• A dedicated “For Agencies” section
• Strategic CTAs to encourage discovery calls
3. Visual Design & Motion Strategy
I aimed for a clean, modern aesthetic that felt bold yet friendly. Using subtle motion and micro-interactions, I created a flow that guided visitors through the content naturally. Animations were intentionally minimal—just enough to create a premium feel without distraction.
4. Conversion-Focused UX
Every section was crafted with intent: build trust, show credibility, and drive action. I used social proof, portfolio teasers, and a strong closing CTA to nudge visitors toward booking a partnership call.
5. Testing & Handoff
I tested the layout and animations across multiple devices to ensure performance and clarity. Final files and documentation were delivered with clear instructions for integration with the dev team.
Outcome
The result was a focused, conversion-optimized landing page that positioned Pixelworx as a premium agency partner. More importantly, it created a more intentional funnel for partnership inquiries—tailored to the needs of their most valuable audience: other agencies.
