Logistics Management Dashboard Design

Drivergo is a shipment and logistics management dashboard designed to help logistics teams monitor deliveries, track shipment performance, and manage operations from a centralized platform. The goal was to create a data-driven experience that provides clear visibility into logistics activities while supporting faster operational decisions.

The Problem Logistics teams often manage large volumes of shipment data, making it difficult to track delivery progress, identify delays, and monitor operational performance efficiently. Without a centralized system, important information can become fragmented and harder to act on.

The Solution
 I designed a centralized dashboard that brings key shipment data, delivery insights, and operational metrics into a single interface. By prioritizing important information and simplifying navigation, the platform enables users to monitor performance, identify issues faster, and make informed decisions with confidence.

Design Approach The design focuses on clarity, consistency, and efficiency. A structured grid system, thoughtful spacing, and strong visual hierarchy help users quickly understand complex data. Reusable components, clean layouts, and intuitive interactions create a seamless experience while ensuring scalability for future product growth.
