Relique: Antique & Vintage E-Commerce Marketplace

Relique is a spec project: an end-to-end Business-to-Consumer (B2C) e-commerce marketplace platform built for the antique and vintage world. The idea is simple but underserved: give antique shops, thrift stores, and vintage boutiques a dedicated platform to list their old, pre-owned, and historical items under their own storefronts.

What makes Relique different from a generic marketplace is the shop-first browsing experience. Users don't just search for items. They pick an antique shop of their choosing and explore what that specific shop has to offer, preserving the feeling of walking into a curated vintage store.

I designed and developed the full platform concept, including:

Brand identity and logo created in Adobe Illustrator, capturing the vintage-meets-modern feel of the marketplace

Visual system with consistent typography, color palette, and UI components across the platform

Marketplace UX designed so users can browse by shop or by item, with each boutique maintaining its own storefront identity

Functional prototype built with Bubble, bringing the marketplace concept to life as a working application

A fully realized marketplace concept that demonstrates how antique and vintage sellers could have a dedicated e-commerce home, one that respects the curated, discovery-driven nature of vintage shopping rather than flattening everything into a generic product grid.
