What: A 360 ‘brandformance’ campaign across digital channels with product focused content that will resonate with UK parents.

My Role

Support PR outreach (track coverage, expand on outreach)
Plan, create and execute social media assets to be posted across Facebook and Instagram
Creation and upload of blog content to support campaign
Creating email campaigns: including a welcome email, abandoned lead email and customer comms
Integrating comms with our B2B partners

Results

Est. total of 900 leads
20% increase on direct traffic
Brand awareness uplift of 9%
56% Open rate on email comms from our B2B partners
Combined reach of 1.1M on socials, best performing post had a reach of 7,563 and 1011 likes.
