1. Create a visually appealing and functional website to promote Haiti’s image in China. 2. Develop a platform that serves as an information bridge for investors and businesses. 3. Showcase a modern and professional representation of Haiti through a seamless user experience and accessible design.

• Dynamic Blog: Allows the office to publish regular updates, articles, and insights to keep Chinese and Haitian stakeholders informed about ongoing developments.

• Video CMS Integration: A dedicated section for video content that allows the Commercial Office to showcase promotional videos, event coverage, and informative content.

• Custom Templates: Designed unique templates to ensure a consistent, branded look and feel across all pages. These templates make it easy for the team to add new content without compromising design integrity.

• Worked closely with the Haiti representative in China and the Commercial Office to understand their mission, target audience, and messaging goals.

• Identified the need for a bilingual-friendly interface to appeal to both Haitian and Chinese users, ensuring clear navigation and accessible information.

• Designed wireframes and interactive prototypes in Figma, allowing stakeholders to visualize the site structure and layout before development began.

• Defined a clean and professional layout that emphasizes Haiti’s natural beauty, business opportunities, and cultural richness.

• Blog CMS: Set up a dynamic blog in Webflow CMS, enabling the office to publish news, updates, and articles effortlessly.

• Video CMS: Created a video content management system to manage and showcase videos in a visually engaging format, providing a media-rich experience.

• Custom Templates: Developed flexible, reusable templates for different types of content pages, ensuring consistency and easy maintenance for the team.

• Designed the website to be mobile-friendly, recognizing that many users will access it from various devices.
