Overview

Qualiextra is a French company founded in 2018, that helps restaurants and hotel workers (waiters, luggage handlers, bakers ...) connect. I helped the company develop qualiextra app to automate and make easy the process of searching workers for job, do the follow up and generate weekly invoices at the end of the job.

User Roles and Features

There are 3 types of users in the app : workers, establishments and the admin
Admin role :
View establishments and workers statistics (amount of job created by establishments and completed by workers, sales, view available, to come, canceled and finished jobs)
Add a worker or an establishment on the app
Create a job on an establishment behalf, accept a worker for job on a establishment behalf
Send reminders for unpaid invoices
Establishment role :
Create a job, accept a worker for a job
Report issues related to a job
View available, to come, canceled and finished job
View invoices
Worker role :
View available, to come, canceled and finished job
Apply for a job
Report issues related to a job
View invoices I'm particularly proud to say that I've improved the development process at Qualiextra by 40% by setting up a seamless development flows (with github actions and vercel CI/CD pipelines) that make the work much easier and faster while keeping steady deployment of the app.
