Client: Rosso Art School
Role: Video Editor & Content Strategist
Platform: Instagram Reels
Duration: Ongoing (Started June 2025)
🧠 Project Background
Rosso Art School is a visual art brand led by a fine artist with over 170K followers on Instagram. Their mission centers around empowering women through art, celebrating diversity, and sharing the painting process in a raw, meaningful way.
I was brought on to handle post-production — editing long-form raw footage (1–2 hours) into 25–30 second Instagram Reels that are optimized for engagement while staying true to the brand’s aesthetic.
✂️ My Contributions
Edited Reels from Raw Footage: Selected key moments from long painting sessions, studio clips, and process footage to create tight, compelling short videos.
Applied Visual Strategy: Maintained consistency in tone, pacing, and color grading across all videos to match Rosso’s artistic brand and messaging.
Trend-Aware Cuts: Designed each reel around what works in the current art niche — clean visuals, immersive process shots, no captions, strong opening hooks.
Sound Integration: Used subtle studio audio and trending music to enhance viewer retention and emotional connection.

📌 Outcome
Through strategic post-production, the content became more structured, visually cohesive, and better aligned with audience behavior on Instagram. These reels performed significantly better in terms of saves, shares, and watch time — all without needing captions or hard-selling.
