When the pandemic started and all our plans collapsed, we faced uncertainty about how to navigate the new circumstances. I realized I didn't know how to take care of myself and had to learn step by step how to build a healthy routine to support myself and my kids. This journey inspired my small project of creating stickers, which helped me cope and, hopefully, supported my friends as well.
