HR Dashboard UI — Clear Metrics, Human-Centered Design

We designed a modular dashboard interface for HR teams to visualize key workforce metrics with clarity and ease. The light, neutral background, paired with soft gradients and drop shadows, creates a sense of depth without distraction.

Each card-style widget is carefully structured to surface essential data at a glance — from mood tracking and time reporting to task stats and leave requests. Vibrant accent colors highlight activity while maintaining a clean, professional aesthetic. Rounded elements and smooth typography bring a modern, approachable tone to the entire experience.

Our goal was to translate complex HR insights into an intuitive, user-first interface that’s as pleasant to navigate as it is functional.
