Developed a Strategic Plan for a crypto ecosystem start-up. I wrote the business plan, made the financial projections, and raised the seed capital. Also, I was part of the team that took the crypto ecosystem to market, which involved hiring the technology team that developed the platform. This ecosystem includes a wallet, a P2P exchange, a P2P loan module, and a commercial module for small commercial businesses. Among other things, it allows users to send crypto globally at a very low cost. At this moment the platform has more than 20k users.
