I created a high-impact real estate pitch deck for UMO Partners’ strategic collaboration with ICON, the American leader in 3D printing construction technology. This presentation showcases how their partnership is set to revolutionize Rwanda’s housing market through the development of modern, sustainable, and affordable townhouses built with ICON’s state-of-the-art Phoenix 3D printing system.

UMO Partners, an esteemed commercial intermediation firm, has formed a strategic alliance with ICON, an American Company located in Texas, a trailblazer in 3D printing technology for construction.

This partnership is set to revolutionise the housing market in Rwanda, starting with the construction of modern townhouses using ICON’s state-of-the-art Phoenix 3D printing system.

Once we were able to sort through all the issues, build relationships, clean up the property and occupy the units, things improved dramatically. We were able to resolve all the deficiencies and get the building back to 100% occupancy in year 1.
