Goetta is a beloved regional favorite in the Greater Cincinnati Metro - and it’s time the rest of the country had a new breakfast sweetheart. What started off as a blend of oat and meat scraps that modest German immigrants could get their hands on has evolved into one of the most cherished dishes in the region. Created with the intention of being able to feed folks over a long period of time, we aim to do the same by introducing the staple outside of its native region.
