Problem
A large enterprise estate had grown into siloed, hand-built deployments across teams. Releases were inconsistent, failures were hard to trace, and every environment drifted from the last.
What I did
Consolidated the fragmented services onto one standardised Kubernetes platform across EKS and AKS
Led Terraform adoption so provisioning came under version control, with reusable modules and remote state
Built GitLab and Jenkins pipelines that unified release workflows across multiple engineering teams
Introduced Argo CD for GitOps release management, backed by centralised monitoring and logging
Outcome
One architecture and one operating model for every team, full deployment traceability, and a large reduction in operational complexity and recurring incidents.
Consolidated siloed services onto one Kubernetes platform with Terraform and Argo CD: 30% lower cloud spend, 50+ pipelines standardised, one place to deploy.
