In preparation of the beta launch of Contra for Companies - an robust expansion of the "Hiring" function catered to larger teams - I was tasked with the development of the referral strategy and necessary resourcing to support such a program. This required:
Develop core framework options to incentivize and reward independents for successful referrals.
Envision and document the user journey from interest in referring companies (application phase) to receiving their referral bonus(es) (relationship handoff phase).
Generate a comprehensive guide for internal use, to equip independents with the tools they need to approach potential "C4C" companies. Versions were generated across multiple platforms (Google Docs, Canva Deck, Notion Page) to allow for choice of look & feel, engagement of the user, and permissions management.
Prepare pitch materials for external sharing to potential companies, including but not limited to cold outreach templates (email, social messages, public posts), and FAQ copy/visuals.
